I can't even comment on the quality of the icing as the color was in no way lilac or purple, as the name led me to believe. It wasn't even sort of purplish-pink - no, it was full on baby pink. Lovely if you wanted pink - but when one orders purple or lilac for decorating, one is not looking for pink!Very disappointed in the color - it could not be used for the cookie project I was working on. I ended up giving the icing to some friends who bake a lot, telling them it was pink, despite what was printed on the squeeze bottle.
